Online Classes
Aleena conducts group & one to one classes focused on general fitness, weight loss, flexibility, and strength training. Additionally, she offers practices for emotional and spiritual upliftment, including pranayama, dhyana, asana, mantra chanting, and chakra dharana. These classes provide a supportive environment for individual growth.

Group Classes
Pranayama and meditation (6:30-7:30am)
Female wellness (7:45-8:45 am)
Yoga for weight management (9-10am)
Yoga for positive mental health (6pm-7pm)
Group classes will be held mon- fri
Monthly subscription for group classes are 7500 INR as per thrice a week (mon/ wed/ fri)
As per 5 days a week- 10500 monthly
One to One Classes
One-on-one consultations are 1200 per session if booked per session
If booked for the entire month in advance it is 22,200 (as per 5 days a week)
For 4 days a week in advance it is 18000 monthly
For 3 days a week monthly fees- 13,000
